About Me

My photo
Welcome to my world (well my online collection, that is). I invite you to read and explore my nicoco thoughts & adventures be it at home, in the city of Glasgow, around Scotland or elsewhere on this extraordinary earth. I thoroughly enjoy the simple things in life. Photography is fun, laughing is underrated and smiling is always the way forward! BA (Hons) Business Studies 4th Year Student interested in Marketing, @ Glasgow Caledonian University. Currently living in Scotland physically, on cloud nine mentally. I enjoy exploring, traveling, and experiencing anything which crosses my yellow brick road journey in life!

More on me, and my co-op

Every day is a new one, every day a learning one, every day a happy one.

"Life is like photography. You need the negatives to develop."

"We learn something from everyone who passes through our lives.. Some lessons are painful, some are painless.. but, all are priceless.”

“Self confidence is the most attractive quality a person can have. how can anyone see how awesome you are if you can’t see it yourself."

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.”

Ok- so I know the above text is not related to my internship here with Northeastern University, I am still currently editing that part.. .. However the quotes are lessons learnt whilst on my personal and professional path in America.
All will be revealed shortly..

Stay Happy-

I had been planning on creating a reflective log on my co-op position, however with the content I would of included I kept the posts online more recreational and about my life, not about my work due to confidentiality.  I am working on a log which will be online in a few months; this includes my tasks, responsibilities and experiences inside my co-op position.  I am really excited to be able to share these with people who really want to know, what is like as an international co-op within a prestigious University which is renowned for its co-op links.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions from anything I’ve experienced or mentioned online, I’d also love to read your opinions and comments on my travels during my 12 months in America.  You can reach me via e-mail at: Nicolemcmahon @ outlook. Com
To happy reading and fruitful futures!
~Nicole
